We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Hostess/Steward for an exciting temporary event spanning 7 days. As a Hostess/Steward, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience throughout the event.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality as they arrive at the event.

• Assist in seating guests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

• Provide accurate information about the event, attractions, and facilities to guests.

• Manage crowd flow and maintain orderliness in assigned areas to enhance the guest experience.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including seating areas, restrooms, and dining areas.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Collaborate closely with team members, including event coordinators and other staff, to deliver seamless and exceptional guest experiences.

• Adhere to all event policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests of diverse backgrounds and ages.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule.

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
